SHIPPING POLICY

We understand your excitement and assure you that your ordered styles will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Our standard dispatch timelines range from between 3 – 4 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order. Order confirmation will be received within 48 hours.

  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • All taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order dispatch.
  • We use the most reliable courier service for deliveries.

All domestic orders will take about 4-7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7-10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

NOTE:

  • If in case the shipping address provided by customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will attempt one more time to deliver the product after taking proper address from the customer and customer will have to pay for shipping charges.
  • If there are any delays in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details.
  • Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis specially for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions while placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. It is recommended to check for your size requirements before you place an order. However in the event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can help assist and rectify the situation. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

In case of requests for order cancellations, the request will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order, the customer can email us at [email protected] for the same. NO CASH REFUND would be made, Shahighher issues a voucher, you can redeem the Voucher (One year Validity)

We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. After Order Confirmation We do not offer cancellations or refunds on any orders.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by SHAHIGHHER and accepts the decision regarding returns & cancellations.
